- Step into leadership responsibilities when managers are absent
- Inspire, motivate, and develop our incredible volunteer teams
- Help drive sales, maximise donations, and achieve store targets
- Champion sustainability, recycling, and community engagement
- Provide excellent customer service across a variety of store locations
Access to your own vehicle is essential, as you’ll work across multiple locations, helping our stores thrive and ensuring we continue raising vital funds for our Cornish charity. Retail experience at a management or supervisory level is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
“My friend was nursed so well, and had every attention during his last days. He twice asked me; who is paying for all this? and couldn’t believe it was free. What a wonderful world it would be if everyone had access to this standard of care.”
