DESCRIPTION:Join us for Walk Talk Kernow Par – a stroll from Par Running Track to Par Beach on Friday 6th March 2026\, meeting at Par Track Cafe at 10.00am to register. \nWalk Talk Kernow is a FREE adult bereavement support group run by Cornwall Hospice. Whilst walking in nature\, each group provides a space for those who are bereaved and seeking social connections with others. \nWe will meet outside the cafe by the tables at Par Running Track. We will stroll (an amble NOT a ramble) through Par to the footpaths through Par Sands Holiday Park along the beach and duck pond returning to the Cafe for refreshments.  \nKey Information for Walk Talk Kernow Par \n\nThe walk will be approximately a mile\, mainly flat\, starting on pavements and then a well surfaced pathway and sandy beach. \n\n\nPlease wear suitable clothes and footwear\, depending on the weather. \n\n\nWell behaved dogs on a lead are welcome. \n\n\nOur team will be wearing Cornwall Hospice lanyards so do look out for them. \n\n\nFree parking available. \n\nWe also have a Walk Talk Kernow Facebook group – click HERE to visit and join our community.  You can find out about all the other services we offer at venues near you by clicking here. \nFor more information about Walk Talk Kernow Par and other events please email communityservices@cornwallhospice.org or call 01726 829874. \n** During adverse weather conditions\, you can check if walks are going ahead by calling the number above.**
