DESCRIPTION:**** EVENT SOLD OUT ****\nWe are operating a waiting list now that the event has sold out. As and when a space becomes available we will allocate these in order of sequence. Please click the sign up link to be entered onto the waiting list.\n\nWe are so excited to welcome you back to Run Falmouth Half Marathon 2025! Run Falmouth 2025 is the 4th event in the Cornwall Road Running Grand Prix Race series sponsored by Cornwall Glass. The race is arranged and managed by Cornwall Hospice with support from the Falmouth Road Runners.\nTo follow the action\, head over to our dedicated Run Falmouth Facebook page and hit like! \nAbout Run Falmouth 2025\nOur Event HQ returns once again to the wonderful Princess Pavilion for the third year! The 13.1 mile route begins just below the Pavilion on Cliff Road\, runners will follow the loop around Pendennis Headland and then out on the coast road\, past the beautiful beaches of Gyllyngvase and Swanpool and glimpsing Maenporth Beach as it rises to give fabulous views over the bay back to Pendennis Castle. \nThe Run Falmouth 2025 route takes place entirely on the road and follows undulating Cornish country lanes featuring open fields and wooded scenes\, passing the beautiful Falmouth Golf Course twice. This event is well supported along the whole route as locals from Falmouth and the surrounding picturesque villages come out to cheer our runners on. \nThere are all the usual features of a Grand Prix event; water stations\, bag drop\, bananas\, prizes\, and once again the Run Falmouth 2025 Half Marathon is being chip timed. \nRegistration & number collection will open from 8.00 am – 9.30 am and the race will start at 10.00 am prompt. \nAfter selling out early last year\, we have increased the race capacity to 700 – but don’t delay as we anticipate another sell out year! Online registration will close at midday on Wednesday 13th March 2024\, or when the race is at capacity. Registrations will be accepted on the day if places are still available\, but we would encourage you to register in advance to avoid disappointment. \nCan you do Run Falmouth 2025? Yes you can!\nA good level of fitness and training is required to complete Run Falmouth 2025 Half Marathon but whatever your ability you can achieve your goal and complete the half marathon with training! \nRun Falmouth 2025 Route Map\n \nClick here for a more detailed route map. \nWhat Happens Next?\n\nRegister today by clicking on the red ‘Sign Up’ button.\nYou will receive a notification letting you know that your registration was successful.\nPlease consider creating an online fundraising page through JustGiving or download a sponsor form below.\nShare your fundraising page with your friends and family to raise sponsorship for Cornwall Hospice.\nYou will receive your runner briefing no later than 1 week in advance of race day.\nAny fundraising support you need – we will be on hand to help.\nFinally enjoy the Run Falmouth 2025 half marathon!\n\nWhy support Cornwall Hospice?\nFor all runners\, sponsorship is optional. However\, you are encouraged to raise sponsorship\, no matter how much or how little\, to help keep our beds open. If you are unable to raise sponsorship at this time\, please consider making a donation when you register. \nEvery £24 you raise will fund one hour of nursing care in our hospices. The registration fee covers the costs of this event\, but by raising sponsorship you will enable us to care for more terminally ill people in Cornwall.
