SUMMARY:Walk Talk Kernow Lost Gardens of Heligan
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Walk Talk Kernow Lost Gardens of Heligan event on Friday 6th February 2026. Meet at the trail car park at 10.00am to register.\nWalk Talk Kernow is a FREE adult bereavement support group run by Cornwall Hospice. Whilst walking in nature\, each group provides a space for those who are bereaved and seeking social connections with others.\nWe will meet at The Lost Gardens of Heligan at the tables on the right before the ticket office. We will stroll (an amble NOT a ramble) through The Lost Gardens of Heligan and back to the cafe for refreshments.  \nKey Information for Walk Talk Kernow Heligan  \n\nThe walk will be approximately 1 mile through The Lost Gardens of Heligan. \nPlease ensure you are fit and healthy on the day as you will be asked to sign our registration form to this effect.  \n** During the summer months it is important to stay hydrated\, please bring along adequate drinks for this reason **\n\n\nPlease wear suitable footwear and clothing depending on the weather. \n\n\nOur team will be wearing Cornwall Hospice lanyards so do look out for them. \n\n\nFree parking available. \n\nWe also have a Walk Talk Kernow Facebook group – click HERE to visit and join our community.  You can find out about all the other services we offer at venues near you by clicking here.  \nFor more information about Walk Talk Kernow Heligan and other events please email communityservices@cornwallhospice.org or call 01726 829874.  \n** During adverse weather conditions\, you can check if walks are going ahead by calling the number above.**
