DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Walk Talk Kernow Truro Boscawen Park event on Friday 27th February 2026 at 10.00am to register.   We will stroll (an amble NOT a ramble) along the river walk\, through the park\, round the duckpond\, coming out at the café.\nWalk Talk Kernow is a FREE adult bereavement support group run by Cornwall Hospice. Whilst walking in nature\, each group provides a space for those who are bereaved and seeking social connections with others.\nWe also have a Walk Talk Kernow Facebook group – click HERE to visit and join our community. \nWalk Talk Kernow Truro Boscawen Park key information: \n\nWe will meet in the main car park next to the Scout Hut at 10.00am.\nThe walk will be approximately a mile and due to the terrain\, is not suitable for wheelchairs.\nPlease wear suitable footwear.\nWell behaved dogs on a lead are welcome.\nPlease ensure you are fit and healthy on the day as you will be asked to sign our registration form to this effect.   \n** During the summer months it is important to stay hydrated\, please bring along adequate drinks for this reason **\nOur team will be wearing Cornwall Hospice lanyards so do look out for them.\nParking is free\, if the carpark is full there is plenty of roadside parking.\n\nFor more information about this Walk Talk Kernow Truro – Boscawen Park event please email communityservices@cornwallhospice.org or call 01726 829874. \n** During adverse weather conditions\, you can check if walks are going ahead by calling the number above ** \n  \nYou can find out about all the other services we offer at venues near you by clicking here. \n
